Problem Still not fixed. Anoying now that it is summer.

Almost a year since first reported. Bridge still makes noise. Windows are now open again, it is very annoying expectally when I write out my tax check.

Who has been contacted about this "I have been told it is not damgerous and has been looked at"? Which town Department?

Noise is loud and disturbing. I do not see why it cannot be fixed.

I will try to remember to give Henry McCully at Public Works a call today to discuss this; it would be additionally helpful if the residents in the area did this as well.

I followed up with Henry McCully at Public Works this morning; he indicated to me that he and the town's Engineering department have been reviewing the issue and have come up with an action activity to resolve the current problem.

Henry McCully indicated that he would try to get the work scheduled for next week.

Please let me know after July 5th if there is still an issue ongoing.

I addressed this over a year ago. At the time, I was told it is not a safety issue, but there is a loose bolt/connection. Public Works supposedly tightened it. The way it is now means either it came loose again or it was never handled in the first place. Time will tell.

Seems to be fixed at least I do not prominently Hear it anymore. Thank you if someone fixed it.

As Vinnie outlined below he had done this prior and I confirmed with public works as I was asked "is it making noise again" when I discussed with Mr. McCully about a month ago.

He then sent someone out to confirm if there was an issue again (there was) and public works took corrective action per their follow up with me (and your note below)
