Traffic signal at East Lake Rd and Tarpon Woods Blvd cycles too quickly when turning southbound onto East Lake Rd from Tarpon Woods Blvd. Something changed recently and the signal last for less than 15 seconds between noon and 7 pm. There has been over 20 cars queued to turn, but only 4-5 are able to make the light and they have to wait for the next cycle that takes close to 10 minutes.
