Description

There is and has been standing water between 1446-1448 W Olive. The drain is not functioning, I have tried to remove any debris covering the drain, but this has not helped. The problem started in winter, when which a neighbor had sent a(and since sent another) letter to the alderman's office, but the stink and mosquitoes remain.
