Description

The traffic light at Boot and Greenhill needs to be adjusted. Going East on Boot is turns red then left arrow green then green for thru traffic as expected but this happens in the wee hours of the morning when no other traffic is around. What happened to sensors on Greenhill that controled the lights so the lights on Boot would stay green until needed by Greenhill motorist?
