This park has had issues for several years and nothing has been done to stop the graffiti/vandalism…I live near this park and it’s not being used for its intended purpose by families…Some Santiago students see it as their personal parking lot, hang out after school smoking pot & trashing the area…maybe if cars were towed and there was a police presence every now & then after school might help..because being reactive isn’t working… perhaps it’s time to just close the park.
