There are bats living in a rental property in our neighborhood. We saw roughly 20-30 bats flying in and out of an uncapped chimney at dusk one evening. Bats living inside a rental property is a health hazard. Guano (bat poop) releases toxins and can create serious respiratory issues for the residents. Please address this health issue with land lord.
