Description

with construction going on down east river south of the address I provided...the on ramp to old east river road south which starts out just after my apartment is blocked with signs saying "road closed".
Even though there is a sign there blocking the on ramp why is there none telling drivers the rapd is blocked up on Avocet and old east River Road?
I am sitting right now watching another 18 wheeler turn around. I have watched numerous vehicles fly up to the signs and slam on their brakes when they see the road is closed.

PUT SIGNS UP ON AVOCET AND OLD EAST RIVER ROAD TELLING DRIVERS THE RAMP IS CLOSED!!!
