The lines, turn arrows and bike lane markings on Congress St approaching Purchase St need to be repainted, perhaps extended farther back from the intersection.
It needs to be clear that the right two lanes are Right Turn Only, where those two lanes go, etc.
Additional bike indicators for turn and straight would help. Almost hit a cyclist who went straight across two lanes of turning cars.
