Two days after the lines were painted, I reported this descrepency to the West Brandywine Township Police chief, and he told me Penn Dot was going to take care of it. There are a number of signs, starting at the bottom of the hill that says "trucks use right lane" Then the other signs about the lanes ending and merging.
This is a welcomed change to the traffic pattern allowing safe turns. I would, however, suggest a proper turning lane marking at both Hibernia Road and Highspire Road instead of the continuation of the current marking. But I'm no enineer.
