Description

Broken Windows, non secured property ( fencing down) trash and garbage ( cage 1) attracting rodents. Baiting will not help until the food is removed.Concrete failing ( third floor). Property violates a number of Vacant Building Code Violations. Not one code violation is listed on the Web page of the Department of Buildings? Remarkable considering the quantity and quality of complaints from residents of the area.

Q. What is the actual problem being encountered?
A. Fence is breached in two places. North East rear corner. and North corner . In both cases the fencing has been tramped down so that you can walk over the fence and enter the secured area Municipal Code for vacant building indicates building and grounds must be " secure". . Multiple broken windows on second floor South East corner. Stacks of rotting garbage fill the cage area on the South east corner of the site. ( cage 1) attracting rodents. Can and bottles and trash with fenced area and along parkway. Concrete cornices on third floor have deteriorated and are crumbing . Metal flashing that protects the concrete has come loose and as a result the integrity of the third floor concrete is failing and is in danger of falling.
