Pennsylvania has found the need for handicap ramps on all four corners of Rt 352 and Knowlton Road.......Why? what a waste of money......there are no sidewalks, just ramps.......and after the highway department plows the snow onto those corners, who is going to shovel the snow off the ramps, they MUST be shoveled and clear............waste of taxpayer money
