Description

The house is falling down. Weeds 3-4 ft.high block the sidewalk requiring neighbors to mow a path to get through. Debris and garbage fill the side and the back yard providing home for animals. Not cleaned up in 7 years we're here. Snow never cleared in the winter. This is not the Detroit Heidelberg Project or Appalachia. Please help.
