Description

There is a large pothole on the westbound lane of Shore Drive near and before Powhatan Ave. We stopped to help a motorist who had a flat tire and bent rim from the pothole, he mentioned that there were a few others who also stopped near him to change their tires as well. We saw the pothole but were able to avoid it. Please fix soon as it is causing flat tires.
