Spring Garden Street from about 9th to 11th street has a great new venue, Union Trust, a funky fun new restaurant, Llama Tooth, and a disgusting mess of trash everywhere on the sidewalk.

The owner/operator of Union Transfer agreed to clean up around the venue within 12 hours of an event there. They did so with the Callowhill Neighborhood Association in what's commonly known as a "community benefits agreement ". Take your concern to Union Transfer management. Post findings here please.
