Description

All new street lights were put in on Circle Rd and Manor Dr. They were put in place and asphalt put around poles. Around many of the poles in both street the asphalt in caving in around the light poles. They were not packed in and set properly. Need to be filled in better for the light poles and so holes are not in the sidewalks in which the poles are put in.
