Home has been vacant for several years (I report this yearly). This is a violation of a City of Ann Arbor Ordinance that requires homes that are owned by absentee landlords to be continuously occupied as part of maintaining Community Standards. (Evidenced by (1) No trash cans are placed at the curb on Mondays. (2) The red car in the driveway has not been moved in years. (3) All window shades/curtains are pulled down/closed and yellowing. The house should be rented or put up for sale by the absentee owner.
