  Thank you for reporting this sidewalk issue. The Department of Public Services maintains a listing of reported sidewalk defects around the City and prioritizes them based on relative severity and public safety. Concrete sidewalk repairs can be limited due to weather constraints.

  I read that Department of Public Services has taken in
  hundreds of sidewalk repair requests and will work on them in the Spring of 2024 - I do hope that our sidewalk at 15 Fairfield Street will be replaced. Thank you so much.
