Thank you for your feedback. You would need to contact your local police division to request additional patrolling in your area:
South Division (Baker 2)
8050 Corporate Center Dr, #100 28226
Phone:704-544-4835
Fax: 704-544-4838
You may request traffic calming devices for your neighborhood. Traffic Calming devices include: Speed Humps and Stop Signs. A speed limit reduction won't be possible since is already 25MPH.
Requirements:
1) A letter of endorsement from the neighborhood association. The neighborhood association will be required to notify property owner within the impact area ( as defined by CDOT of the impending traffic calming measure, and no petition is required.
2) If the neighborhood association does not support the proposed service, the resident can petition. Petitions can require signatures of 60% of all property owners within the impact area. If a petition is required, the CDOT will define the impact area, and issue the petition
If you decide to request any of these traffic calming devices, please give us a call at 311 or 704-336-7600. We are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Hey Michael,
Thanks for the heads up. I just wanted to let you know that a public watch area has been created for the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Dept. and that they have been notified about this issue.
Keep up the good work!
