What a sad experience with Pinellas county. After patiently waiting almost 5 months and being told many many times that someone would schedule the repairs and contact me ... nothing. And then they close the ticket. The pot holes are bigger and I guess I will be contacting the St. Pete Times to give them a good story about inefficient county workers.

UPDATE: Thank you for letting us know the issue that you reported has not been resolved. I have forwarded this report to our Public Works for their review. Sorry this was closed by mistake, but the work order is still open and is being scheduled. Have you been contacted about when the repairs are to start?
