I was wondering what measures will be taken to prevent this from happening … thank you

Another similar situation has happened ,just today , where my garbage cans were apparently used to scrape the garbage off the street , and there was still residues left … it is unbearable and unacceptable that sanitation workers act this way . City of newark has asked for a cleaner city , but their workers need to lead by exemple .
