We have put a ticket for a clean and lien. It s in the process of getting addressed and is also incurring fines daily.

And how long does this normally take? Violations is nothing - the property is worth nothing and it is devaluing the property around it as well. This has been going on for YEARS. There is absolutely no excuse for this. Unacceptable!

Thank you, Mariella Garcia for your attention to this, however this property has been a blight issue for years and I don't know understand why the town puts up with this, as it is devaluing everyone's property and giving this town a bad reputation.

To the Neighbor who commented - I believe if enough people in the community got together and gathered "facts" and kept emotions out of all conversations, this can be brought up as an election issue to those who are running for office. Just a suggestion because things tend to get done when those in office are in jeopardy of losing their positions.

I get the emotions - it is just plainly frustrating, paying all these taxes, taking care of my property, and town takes years to deal with the issue at hand. Unsure something this insignificant to the town would be a make or break on losing their position on council.

Point in take - look at the former Porter and Chester and that is a much bigger eye sore and they don’t even cut the lawn or plow unless someone blights it and again, still takes a couple weeks after that. The place is a dump and makes the neighborhood look bad and again, nothing is being done.

Why are Enfield residents required to follow property maintenance rules when homeowners are not being made to keep up their properties??

Looking at the complaints, you might be overwhelmed with the number of requests sent, so who can we speak with, other than you, to get these addressed????
