Description

Huge black trash bag on/near fence of old Suburban Auto dealership, now a vacant lot and owned by Northstar Bank. Trash is on public right-of-way ? Also lots of miscellaneous trash strewn about the area of the black bag. Has now been there for many weeks/months. Originally left by a homeless person. Quite a public eyesore - - hope you can help. Thank you.
