the city is doing sidewalks, on this st but not 3 locations which have had request filed for over a year. these locations R directly related to getting commercial city trees planted (approved, and paid for last year) as the city will not plant trees were their are no sidewalks. The sidewalk across the st was torn up and replaced but were their is just dirt and gravel in 3 locations is not touched. And 'YES' all 3 locations pay tax.
