Please describe the front tree limb issue; that is handled differently from weed notices. Thanks!

A new weed noitce was given to our contractor today.

The owner of 806 16th NE has a low hanging branch from his tree on his property in front of his house. It is his responsibility to have it trimmed, not the city's. If one is walking you can almost be hit by it, also it will be a problem this winter when snow hangs on it.

A notice to trim up the tree over the sidewalk has been sent to the owner, oct 20th is the deadline

Thank you Kyle for senting the notice about trimming the tree. If it is not trimmed it is going to be a bigger problem this winter with snow weighting it down.
