All this traffic signal does is MAKE traffic. Seriously. Why is it needed? Why, at 2a, when exiting 309 north, do you have to sit and wait while the signal cycles through LEFT TURN ARROWS on 152? It's 2am!!!

Short of the light no even being there, it should be blinking most all the time.
