Follow this issue under ID1400132. It was reported again today & it was assigned this new ID#.On 12/12/14, City of Canton Fair Housing Dept-1 reported to Bldg Dept. that it is on their list to be boarded up ASAP.

Neighbor reported today that kids are using the house as a hang out and they are accessing the property through an open window. on the front porch. She is concerned that the house will wind up being set on fire. ~ Maria

The property is on the board-up list. The property should be boarded up in a few days. Will update when it is completed.

On 02/02/15, City of Canton Fair Housing Dept._1 stated the property was on board-up list; and should be boarded up in a few days. The dept. stated they would update when board-up completed. It is now 05/06/15 and I have heard nothing of the status.Would you please inform me if property is boarded up. Thank you. Jim Griffin (ward 3 councilman)

Someone please update me. City of Canton Fair Housing Dept._1 stated property should be boarded up in a few days & that they would update me when complete. Have heard nothing. I will do this the old-fashioned way & go over to property today. Then, I will let you know if it still needs done.

Forgot to mention that Fair Housing Dept._1 commented on 05/06/15 and on 02/02/15 that it was on their list & that it would be done in a few days.Also, in re-checking, I discovered that this issue was sent to Bldg. Dept. 3 times. How did this get so confusing & lengthy? There was a duplicate entry that may have contributed due to a police call for kids entering house. That ID# is closed out. I was wrong with my comment on 05/06/15: this issue has been open over 9 months.
