The City needs to start the abatement process already, I've been here for years and you could have foreclosed on these homes already. It took the guy across the street over 300 days to sell his home because of this mess. Both homes have unsecured swimming pools that are not even being treated, this is now a safety issue. God forbid a kid should fall in to one of these pools or someone gets bit bitten by an infected mosquito. The Commissioner for our ward can't do anything, maybe it's time to get the mayor involved. Other cities would hit the homeowner for being a nuisance and get the police involved. I think it's about time this city starts doing that. Meantime, all our homes are losing value because of this kind of crap.

Other cities would charge the homeowner with a misdemeanor for being a nuisance, in turn the homeowner is forced to comply or he goes back to jail.

We have called the police department, they come out, they knock and they leave.....

This guy is a slob.all the neighborhood rhugs hang out in his front yard, smoking snd selling dope..get these people out of here

Hold the association accountable !!!!!! If we are going to be forced to belong to an association who takes our money every month, then hold them accountable.
