Right behind the mailbox for 3 Heritage Lane, there is a serious pothole or sink hole developing on the town owned sidewalk.
This morning, I witnessed two people walking and one tripped bit luckily did not hurt.
There used to be a very large, very old maple tree that was removed and the roots are probably decaying and causing the rut.
