Description

There were 4 street lamps on Rachels Trail from Andrew Jackson PKWY all the way down, one at the entrance to the road, one a few buildings down on the right, one at the "Y" ON THE LEFT, and one just off to the right as you are going down to the bottom of the road. One of the transformers blew a couple years ago, and none of the lamps have been replaced, after sun down it is pitch dark on Rachels Trail. This poses a definate threat to our community.
