Descrição

Homeowner has refused to acknowledge neighborhood raised issues regarding the construction underway at the house. They/contractor have parked heavy equipment all over the neighborhood/street for extended periods instead of parking them on the job site. The equipment is not marked for safety as it is parked in the right of way (no safety flashers or lights - safety issue). Contractor/sub-contractor cars are parked all over the neighborhood, sometimes as many as 29-30 cars creating a nuisance to many in the neighborhood, and a safety issue. The job site is left unsecured with the gates open due to a dumpster being left half in the property and half in the public right of way blocking the gates from closing, and blocking a public path and fire hydrant. The street has been damaged by the numerous dumpster drop offs and pick ups as the staging area is the public road, now full of gouges and marring. Curbs have been destroyed in the process. The neighborhood is full of construction debris and personal trash from contractors.
