Loudspeaker on all night over the week end.
Sessa Bulldozing site (nights of september 19/20/21).
Employees must have left for the week end leaving their radios/loudspeaker equipment on. We have the 'pleasure' of hearing technical instructions and static noise all night for 3 nights in a row. Every time, kids wake up and don't get back to sleep easily. this is not continuous, but intermittent, every 30 minutes or so. Not the first time (hopefully the last). Reported multiple time directly to the CIty ordinance team,. Nothing ever happened

I will have to officially report this to the police- t is soi'll record it, so they can't deny it. again, we're talking all night long, right through the night. It is so nice to be woken up to the sound of engineers shouting instructions 20 times a night at week ends.
