Hi, I am a new driver, and I would like to bring this to your attention. On Lilley Road South there is a posted speed limit sign that is 35. When going North on Lilley, just past Joy Road, the speed limit sign is not visible and is hidden by bushes. So, when coming North on Lilley before Joy Road, the speed limit is 45. Hopefully I am contacting the right department and I hope this is brought to the correct person's attention.
