This is my 3rd request in the attempt to get this basin cleaned. We have neighbors trash rolling in front of our home. My basement is backing up. This is an health issue to my animals and my family. A. This basin being clogged caused me $500.00 bring my new puppy back to health due to a neighbor's dog feces was washed in front of my yard. There's no drainage at all please help. This is truly disgusting. We've been dealing with this way too long.
