A. In light of more recent pedestrian accidents on Main St, it would make sense to adjust the pedestrian/traffic lights to allow pedestrians time to walk before cars are allowed to turn into them. The pedestrian signal crossing Main by Tons of Toys/Rose City Jewelers turns green at the exact time cars are getting the green light to turn left from Waverly onto Main and from Central Ave turning right onto Main. I have seen so many near misses of cars turning and not seeing pedestrians fast enough, then having to slam on brakes. An employee at Tons Of Toys also told me how many accidents and near misses he has witnessed there as well. It's extremely dangerous.
