For one brief instant, there may have been a vehicle blocking the sidewalk. Living around the corner and walking past the building every day, I have never seen it. As of 9 a.m. on Tuesday the 30th, it most definitely was not there. It's time to close this "issue," which is a waste of everybody's time.
