Due to the recent accident, a total rebuild to the signal control cabinet was needed. Until the vehicle detection is reconnected for the side street traffic you will notice the signal being called to the side street consistently (without this, the side street would never receive the green indication since the controller has no way to detect them).
Our signal crew will be working for another week to restore all of the necessary equipment to proper working order.
