9/1/2021 Garage Flooded---9/21/2021 Signed repair proposal with Otis Elevator---2/8/2022 Repairs did not pass inspection---4/2/2022 Elevator is operating without the repairs being completed---8/9/2022 Otis back on site to complete repairs---Has any other building had this ridiculous service from Otis Elevator--it will be a year in a couple of weeks---with a bill being paid of over $ 100,000.---Is there a Department at the city that oversees this type of problem---what about handicapped people? Who should we contact?
