Description
The St. Pete Garage has gone from a fenceless automobile repair shop to a salvage yard with excessive wrecked and or junk cars, overflow parking on sidewalk and alleyway right of ways, and now on an unused privately owned lot on the NW corner of 49th St. S and 5th Ave S. At times, wrecked vehicles stick out over sidewalks, driveway ramps, and alleyway and grass easements. This property in a main contributor to the junk yard corridor on 49th St. S from 1st Ave S to 22 Ave S.
