A new light was just installed at Gardner Ave and Chester Pike with a new detector loop. The detector system on Gardner Ave. does not work. I time the light cycle at close to 5 minutes at one time with no traffic on Chester Pike. The light assembly came equipped with a no turn on red sign which is not needed. Fix the light control system and remove the no turn on red sign.
