Beschreibung

The resident at 22008 Virgina attempted to throw away gallons of white paint. His trash can spilled over and dumped a large amount of white paint in the street and down the storm sewer. This is highly illegal. I called the city but was transferred from department to department. The street needs to be power washed and the homeowner fined.
