Description

this car was previously reported on 7/28, with the issue archived by the traffic department on 7/29. It's now 3 weeks later and the car is still there and still dirty and covered in penises #WelcomeToSalem #DestSalem Can the traffic department please keep issues open until they are fixed? (aka seeclickFIX) It also skews data by closing issues before fixed as departments use the data to show how many issues are submitted and how many fixed (used for budget purposes etc) thank you
