Actual property address is 2248 Hemerick Pl, but this is in the back yard which faces Arlington Place. Golden Rain tree has branches running through the utility lines. This affects Cable, Phone and Power. Too dangerous to prune without the assistance of utility companies. They were notified, but so far, the problem remains. Can you help?

Here is a second shot of the same tree. Again, ignored by the utility company, so hoping you can help get this resolved before someone gets hurt trying to prune this tree without benefit of trained power company employees.

This the property owners issue to keep there own trees trimmed

No the problem still exists. There isn't a tree company who will touch it till the power company trims the branches the power line is laying on. It is too dangerous. Power will probably need to be turned off first, and the only people who can do that is the power company.
