Beschreibung
At the intersection of Route 9 and the entrance ramp to the Garden State Parkway north, each morning the local police create road hazzards and impede the flow of traffic. The local police have gone as far as extending the solid white line that was initially a broken white line allowing merging. In their zeal to write tickets, they back up 3 lanes of traffic for approximately 1 mile on the average and in some cases more.
