One such light that needs to be adjusted is on Broadway right by RiteAid, going towards town, the left hand turn signal takes forever to go green. All other directions go through two complete cycles before it turns green. People constantly run the red light or shoot back out into the straight lane out of frustrations. Very dangerous and very annoying for those of us who follow the rules and wait (and wait and wait and wait) for this light to turn green.
