说明

There is a horizontal seam pot hole which has been open for some time. Two previous holes in the same area have been patched but the third remains open. Also one of the two is bulging out asphalt and will soon give way to another pothole.
The area of concern is on the Matsonford Rd. overpass of Elizabeth St.
