I was referred to Shaquita Barnes by Mayor Ingraham, but my email to her was returned, so I am trying this connection.
I have a neighbor who is about 80 yr. old. I believe she has bad dementia and lives alone...I rarely see anybody visit her house. She always walks to Kroger with a cart, at least daily, and I believe she is a Cancer survivor. Her yard has weeds that are knee high and a tree recently fell in her yard (I did see East Point staff over there...). We (neighbors) have asked to help and she starts cussing (not cursing). I did not want to send the police over there because I do not think it will end well. My sister saw her last week and said "Hello" and she responded with "People always want to prove their point!" she kept repeating herself and walked away.
