This is the 3rd ticket on this issue. The owner at 301 needs to cut the overgrowth on his wall. this is a walkway from reed to canton en route to the middle school. the sidewalk is very narrow due to this overgrowth as it hasn't been cut back in years. Please issue a fine if that hasn't been done already. Thank you.
