These morons idle their trucks everywhere in the city. Every day 2 of them sit here in front of the Bellevue on Walnut Street. I asked one the other day why they idle their trucks. "Well I don't know why they do it..." was the exact quote from the driver.

Sorry, I did not know that was you. I do remember getting the emails. I did speak with DLC, and continue to speak with them. I report them for idling very often. Could you send me another email, I have received a few complaints about DLC.

Have you contacted Air Management Services or Parking Authority? You may also have some luck with your council person (I assume it is Councilman Johnson - 215-686-3413).
