We are extremely concerned about the concentration of animals living in the pond. minnows/small fish literally swarming to the very edges, goldfish, and masses & masses of turtles. The water is deep dark green, and we saw a dead turtle floating yesterday 10/5/2014. People throwing bread into the water. Is the population being monitored? The water appears dirty, and the animals are trapped in this manmade pond.
