Resident has old junk snow mobile part, also salt shield for snow mobile trailer that is an eye sore. Also has a stack of wood under deck that has attracted stripped gophers, raccoons, stray cats and other Varmints.

WOW, I didn't realize there were minimum requirements. In my opinion accumulation of junk or rubbish is just that. WHAT EXACTLY IS THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS?? Regardless if the wood is "stacked neatly" or not, it still attracts Varmints. I'd be willing to bet that if this issue existed next door to one of our city officials it would be a totally different story
